Krista has been in the Health and Wellness industry for over 19 years. She has an extensive background with lifestyle medicine, nutrition, behavior change, stress management, mental and emotional health, functional movement, corrective exercise and strength and conditioning training. By combining all these disciplines along with motivational interviewing and specialized coaching techniques she is able to help clients implement lifestyle changes that lead to healthier and more enriched lives.

She believes that wellness is an integration of all areas and aspects of life. Like a rock cairn, each piece represents a component of your health and well-being. Each rock has its place and impacts all others. Taking a holistic and individualized approach, these pieces should all be given attention to support your overall ideal vision of your health and well-being. Krista supplements this approach with ecotherapy practices to aid clients in navigating their journey.

Krista spends most of her free time out in nature. She whole heartedly believes that nature not only has the power to heal, but to teach as well. She enjoys all outdoor activities, traveling, road trips, adventuring with her blind pup – Yuuki, woodworking, DIY projects and watching the Golden Girls. She also spends a lot of time in her kitchen preparing fresh and nutritiously dense food.
