Ecotherapy

Also known as forest therapy, Ecotherapy, is a therapeutic modality that utilizes the natural environment to promote physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Various modalities and techniques are used to foster re-connection to self and the world around you. Nature therapy is proven to help reduce inflammation, decrease stress levels, reduce anxiety and depression, improve cognition, improve immune system function, improve mood and support positive feelings, decrease blood pressure and reset the circadian rhythm among many other benefits.

Functional Movement – Strength & Conditioning Training

More than just personal training, functional movement training looks at the entire kinetic chain of the human body and integrates exercises and corrective movements specific to the individual to increase strength, flexibility, range of motion and cardiovascular fitness.

Functional Movement Assessments

A series of biomechanical and functional movement patterns used to assess movement competency. This extensive analysis is used to identify any movement discrepancies, compensatory patterns and deficient areas of mobility and stability. Complimented with functional movement training, corrective exercises are then implemented following the assessment to recondition balance back into the body resulting in quality movement.

Small Group Training

Enjoy fitness classes in a group environment. Utilizing body weight, free weights, resistance bands and the natural elements this classes will focus on strength, endurance, balance and stability and flexibility. Enjoy the benefits of accountability and motivation with other like minded individuals. Each class is structured with a warm-up, a balanced workout and a cool-down.
